Hypnosis For Change is a four week (minimum) healing journey designed to create a new way of being or perception while breaking old habits and unwanted, sometimes destructive, behaviors. This is the place to start if you’re looking to leave your chronic pain (emotional, mental, and physical) behind. Whether you’re fighting cancer or other dis-eases this is the launching pad for your future wellness!
Hypnosis For Change – A Hypnotic Holistic Healing Journey
Are you dealing with chronic pain? Have you been told there is nothing the doctors can do? Would you like to get more in touch with your Higher Self? Have you ever thought about releasing old behaviors and beliefs that no longer serve you? When we start to realize that we are growing beyond our own “comfort zones,” we experience resistance and block our own progress to profound change. The healing Journey begins with the affirmation that you are already whole and perfect. This four-week program is a journey of intensive self-examination – in which we peel away the layers that are “hiding your light” from yourself and the world so that you can simply be. By the end of these four weeks you will know how to connect more easily to your center, and to your Higher Self, which is whole, healthy, and perfect. You will have the internal space, emotional tools, mental discipline and spiritual understanding to create and sustain the positive changes you wish for yourself. It generally takes 30 days to either make or break a behavior and in these four weeks we concentrate on your transformation. It’s always good to continue reinforcing your new way of being and follow up sessions are encouraged.
Week One – Introduction & Tuning Into YOU
Healing is always accelerated when two or more are assisting in your process but there is also a lot that can be done on your own. Our first session focuses on the basics of what hypnosis is, how it works, and in teaching you a simple process for self-hypnosis. It’s all about empowering you to be the best YOU and giving you control of who you are and what you want in your life. We start by tuning into your future Self, the You that is evolving out of the changes you are making today.
Week Two – Guided Imagery and Relationship Building
In this week we focus on building a relationship with that part of you that needs healing. So often we make the part of us that is unhappy or in dis-ease the “bad guy” and something to be ashamed of. In hypnosis we get to know that part as the subconscious mind reveals it so that we can build a relationship with it in order for it to tell us what it needs to heal and release. We also begin to build your strategy for healing using a Body, Mind, Spirit approach to creating wellness.
Week Three – Intention, visualizing, and Creating Your Billboard
As we live and grow we develop a psychic “billboard” of beliefs and messages that advertise who we are and what we like and want to the world; good, bad, and ugly. Climbing up onto that billboard and taking down any old behaviors and/or beliefs that you no longer need is crucial for creating change. We use the concept of a billboard to discover your beliefs and what you are putting out to the world (advertising). In becoming conscious of this you can actively decide what you want advertised to the world and what you might be advertising that you don’t want to experience anymore.
Week Four – Cutting cords and releasing old programs and agreements
Our final week focuses on releasing and letting go of old ways of being. In this session we focus on freedom. It’s all about letting go of old attachments and releasing old behaviors to make room for the new “You” to come into being and fully integrate into your life. We figuratively cut the “cords”, limiting beliefs, and stilted relationships that have been holding you back. We lock into being the new thought patterns and behaviors that are propelling you forward.
At the end of these four weeks you will feel more grounded and connected with your Higher Self. You will have laid the foundation for new behaviors and experiences in your life and have stepped forward into a new way of being. The change you have been looking for will have started and you will be a different person. It is highly encouraged that the work we do weekly be carried on regularly on a daily basis through self-hypnosis using the tools that you learn while in the four week program. Change will occur and you will feel a shift in yourself so take the leap and let’s get to it.

Mantras – What We Say is Who We are
Writing your mantra. In this week we focus on writing a mantra or intention and visualizing and defining our future. It’s all about creating a feeling of well being that is attached to a phrase (your mantra) and “tuning” into the energy of this as it integrates into your life.
Archetypal Personas – Developing Your Internal Cast of Characters
What are the characters that define or make-up our personality? Are you a King or Queen, maybe a slave or a Jester? Every one of us has an archetypal soup of character within us that defines our behaviors, likes, and dislikes and each of them may be operating from a place of lack or a place of abundance; the “light” or “dark” side of ourselves. This week involves the identifying of at least one of these inner guides, making contact with that part, and reinforcing it’s ability to live in the light.
Sound Healing and Meditation – The Vibrations Of The Body And Mind
Sound is an important aspect to healing. We know that our bodies actually vibrate at 12 octaves above middle C. We literally make a sound even in our most quiet state of being. The molecules and atoms that make up our physical form are moving and full of energy that our ears don’t hear; kind of like a dog whistle. This week focuses on inviting sounds into our physical form and letting those sounds vibrate away any negative energies we no longer need.
Intuition Strengthening – Tuning Into Your Higher Self
We are all intuitive beings but some of us seem to be more “tuned in” than others. Our work together in this session is focused on becoming an antenna of awareness. It’s learning how you “listen” to those inner prompting we all have, strengthening that experience, and allowing for creativity and expression to flow effortlessly through you. In this process you can simply learn to tune into your higher awareness and even develop your own psychic abilities.
Weight Loss – Loving Yourself
We know that diets don’t work and yet so many of us still do them. Using the awareness that’s created through hypnosis we focus on our relationship with food and our emotions around eating. It’s all about increasing your consciousness around the food choices you make, how, when, and why you are eating. Our work can be done with an exercise trainer and/or a certified nutritionist.
Smoking Cessation – Becoming a Permanent Ex-Smoker
Isn’t it about time cigarettes became an odd habit from the 20th Century? If you are ready to stop this abusive and emotionally suppressive behavior then hypnosis can help. Most smokers are addicted to smoking on a few different levels. Understanding how this habit benefits you (every negative behavior has a positive intention) and strengthening your consciousness around this can make you a permanent ex-smoker.
Anxiety and Stress Relief – Venting
In today’s world we are surrounded by stressors; stressful people, situations, places, and things. Sometimes our minds forget how to vent out this stress or it simply overwhelms us to the point that we feel we can’t let go (because if we do everything will fall apart). Hypnosis is a powerful tool for reminding the mind that it can let go and release anything it no longer needs. Most stress, anxiety, depression, etc. is simply about control and the illusion of it. Learning self-control and self-regulatory techniques for healing while in a hypnotic “sleep” allows for incredible amounts of healing to occur easily and effortlessly and for the mind to release thus reducing the feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression and increasing an individuals ability to function highly and effectively in their life.
Dis-Ease – Healing From Within
So often in life we want to make wrong or bad the things that we experience that are dis-ease. We want to drug it, cut it out, and make it something shameful. We ignore the emotional element behind it. Often our body processes the emotions that we are consciously too afraid to deal with and unfortunately this can manifest physically in the form of an illness. In hypnosis, instead of running away from the dis-ease, we learn to recognize it and even build a relationship with it in order to ask it what it needs to heal.
