What is hypnosis

 

Hypnosis is a natural, relaxed state of increased mental awareness. It is a state of mind you pass through every night when you go to sleep and every morning when you wake up. If you’ve ever driven your car from point A to point B and not remembered the drive then you’ve experienced hypnosis. In a hypnotherapy session we use this natural state to create congruence (agreement) between what we consciously desire (what we say we want) and our subconscious beliefs.
